Auxeus, in partnership with Stripe®, offers a wide range of payment options for you. You can pay using all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also support payment methods such as Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, and Link. You can manage and update your payment method at any time through the Stripe® customer portal accessible from My Account.
We offer a free trial period for you to evaluate Auxeus and ensure it meets your needs. During the trial, you can Master your files without restriction. Cancel anytime within your free trial and you won't be charged. Because of this trial period, we do not offer refunds or prorated refunds for any subscriptions once the payment has been processed. Automatic renewal will occur unless paused or cancelled. Cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid charges for the next cycle.
If you decide that Auxeus isn't the right fit for you, cancelling your subscription is simple. Head to My Account and click the "Manage Your Subscription" button to access the Stripe® customer portal. From there, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling will prevent future charges, but you'll still have access to the service until the end of your current billing period or free trial period.
If a payment attempt fails, Stripe® will automatically retry the payment over a period of time. During this time, you'll be notified of the failed payment and have the opportunity to update your payment method. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused until a valid payment method is provided. To avoid service interruptions, ensure that your payment details are up-to-date and that sufficient funds are available when a payment is due.
Auxeus does not charge any fees beyond the subscription cost. However, if you have insufficient funds in your bank account when a payment is due, your bank may charge you an overdraft fee. To avoid this, ensure that your account has sufficient funds when your trial period ends and your subscription payment is processed. Auxeus will send you reminders as your trial period nears its end to help you stay informed and avoid any unexpected charges from your financial institution.
After starting your free trial or subscribing to Auxeus, you can easily view your payment history, invoices, and payment information through our billing management customer portal, powered by Stripe®. To access this information, log in and go to My Account. Click on the "Manage Your Subscription" button. This will open the Stripe® customer portal, where you can see details about your trial period, view past invoices, and manage your payment information. If you've entered a payment method, you can review and update your billing address, email, and other related details directly in the portal.
It's easy to update your payment method and billing information at Auxeus. Whether you need to switch to a different credit card, update your billing address, or change your billing email, you can do it all through the Stripe® customer portal. Simply log in, go to My Account, and click on the "Manage Your Subscription" button. From there, you'll be able to securely update your payment details and ensure that all your billing information is up-to-date.
